● Handling: All juices are shipped in temperature-controlled packaging. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive the delivery or that a safe, cool place is available for drop-off.
● Risk of Loss: Once the juice is delivered to the address provided, the risk of spoilage due to improper storage passes to the customer.
2. Cancellation Policy & Checkout Disclaimer
● Cancellations: Due to the made-to-order nature of our fresh juice blends, orders can only be canceled within two (2) hours of placement. After this window, the production process has begun, and we cannot offer a refund or cancellation.
